No more burnout

Webinar to offer steps to reduce stress

The April 27 webinar will the highlight the causes of burnout and steps to prevent it.

Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn about burnout, an occupational phenomenon that can cause mental, physical and emotional exhaustion.

“Preventing Burnout with Work-Life Balance” will be held Wednesday, April 27, at 2 p.m. EDT.

Rushia Edwards, a nurse consultant with Blue Cross Blue Shield, will discuss the causes of burnout and steps to prevent it.

Participants must register on the webcast website. After signing up, directions will be emailed to each registrant.

Following the session, the webcast will be available for on-demand acess.

Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
