The Capability and Proficiency team wants employees to know that online “Learn and Grow” question-and-answer sessions covering retail and delivery, Post Office operations and more are offered several times a week.
The sessions are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern. They are targeted at executive and administrative field employees but are open to all.
Topics range from highly specific technical talks — such as the transition from the Customer Services Daily Reporting System to Delivery Condition Visualization — to “soft skills” such as time management and emotional intelligence.
