Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar to learn how to stretch their dollars to provide nutritious and delicious meals on a budget.
The session, “Meal Planning for Health, Budget and Time,” will be held Aug. 8 at noon Eastern.
Health and wellness representatives from GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will offer tips on how to make meal planning healthy and enjoyable.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, directions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to each registrant.
Following the webinar, registrants will receive an email with a link to an archived recording of it.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
