New commuter benefit

Partner discounts on e-scooters, e-bikes

Electric scooters are among the modes of transportation that have been added to the USPS Commuter Benefits Program.

The Postal Service is offering a new commuter benefit option beginning in October.

Employees who use micromobility modes of transportation — small, lightweight electric vehicles such as e-scooters, e-bikes and e-mopeds — can use post-tax dollars to save with partner discounts.

If you would like to sign up for one or more of these options and are enrolled in the USPS Commuter Benefits Program, follow these steps:

  • Go to EdenredBenefits.com.
  • Click “Place an Order.”
  • Click “Micromobility.”
  • Use partner discounts on your preferred mode of transportation while funding your card.

If you are not enrolled in the Commuter Benefits Program and would like to participate, go to the dedicated commuter site to enroll. The company ID is USPS.

Questions on commuter benefits can be emailed to the Benefits and Wellness team at benefitsandwellness@usps.gov.
