The Wellness team is hosting the first webinar in a three-part series about cancer on Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. EDT.
Nearly 40 percent of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetimes. Many people are supporting someone with the illness.
This first session will address signs, symptoms, risk factors and treatment options. Participants will also learn preventive measures that they can take to lower the risk of cancer for themselves and their families.
The webinar will be led by Sabrina Kennedy, a registered nurse with bachelor’s degrees in nursing and human biology.
Prior registration is required. Participation is voluntary. Non-exempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
