Postal Service employees can participate in an upcoming webinar on keeping the mind active and healthy at any age.
The session, “Brain Health,” will be held Tuesday, Jan. 17, at noon EST.
The Benefits and Wellness team and representatives from GEHA, a not-for-profit provider of health plans for federal employees, will share suggestions on keeping the brain active as well as beneficial foods for optimal brain health and memory restoration.
Participants must register before the event on the webinar website. After signing up, directions for accessing the webinar will be emailed to each registrant.
Participation is voluntary. Nonexempt employees may only participate off the clock or during authorized breaks.
