Zoom Team Chat enabled

Zoom Team Chat is replacing Skype for Business on ACE workstations.

Zoom Team Chat is now available for Postal Service employees and contractors with ACE workstations.

The organization is replacing Skype for Business with Zoom Team Chat, which is a similar instant messaging application. Skype for Business will be removed from ACE workstations in February.

To use Zoom Team Chat:

  • Open the Zoom app, which can be found by typing “Zoom” in the “Type here to search” box in the lower left of your desktop.
  • If you aren’t already signed into Zoom, click the “Sign In With SSO” button. Confirm “usps.zoomgov.com” is listed in the “Sign In With SSO” window and then click “Continue.”
  • Click the “Chat” button at the top of the screen.

In addition to Zoom Team Chat, ACE workstation users can use the chat feature in Microsoft Teams.
