In his latest video message to employees, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy offers an update on the Delivering for America plan that USPS began implementing almost two years ago.
He discusses service and financial improvements, as well as efforts to create productive career paths for employees.
“There is still a long way to go, and our focus is not only on doing things right, but doing the right things — the things that a modern service organization needs to do to survive in a competitive environment,” DeJoy says.
The video, released March 1, is available on Link and other postal websites and will be shown to employees throughout the organization this week and next.
