There’s still time

Postal Pulse survey concludes May 26

The Postal Pulse survey takes about five minutes to complete.

Employees who haven’t completed their online Postal Pulse employee survey must do so by May 26 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.

The survey, which began April 25, is an important resource for the Postal Service to obtain feedback on its efforts to improve its workplace environments. The survey is run by Gallup and takes about five minutes to complete.

Employees should check their email for a survey invitation from Gallup. Employees who accidentally deleted or reported the email to the Cybersafe at USPS team should email Gallup at q12help@gallupmail.com to resend the survey invitation.

The paper survey is in the process of being reprinted. The administration timeline for the paper survey will be extended to ensure ample time for employees to respond.

Gallup doesn’t share individual employees’ survey responses with USPS. Summary data will be shared with USPS.
