Sea Island City, NJ, Letter Carrier Allen Dominic was delivering mail on a bitterly cold day when he noticed a woman lying on the ground near a residence. She was shivering and unable to talk. Dominic called 911 and covered her with his coat until emergency responders arrived. They said Dominic saved her life because she needed immediate medical care.
