City Carrier Assistant Miguel Tobias was recently delivering mail in Racine, WI, when he spotted a customer in trouble:
He saw through a window at the woman’s residence that was she was lying on the floor and apparently could not get up on her own.
Tobias immediately called 911 and assured the customer that help was on the way.
The Postal Service employee remained on the scene until emergency responders arrived to provide further assistance.
