An Elsberry, MO, man’s day recently went to the dogs when he was trying to wrangle his three little pooches for a trip to the groomer. One got away and the man fell while trying to catch the escapee. Letter Carrier Billy Lanning heard the man’s cries for help but couldn’t lift him on his own, so he called 911 and stayed on the scene until emergency responders arrived. The man recovered and his pets were undoubtedly pampered regardless.
