Bre Anna De Sha, Hazelwood, MO

A postal customer in Hazelwood, MO, unable to get up after a recent fall, waited hours for someone to hear her crying for help and rapping on her living room window. That someone was Letter Carrier Bre Anna De Sha, who called 911 and used an open back door to go to the woman’s side and comfort her until emergency responders arrived. The customer told paramedics she normally wore a medical alert device but had misplaced it prior to the fall.
