City Carrier Assistant Bruce Stuart was delivering mail recently in Lomita, CA, when he came across a man lying on a sidewalk. Finding him unresponsive, Stuart called 911 and stayed on the scene until emergency responders arrived. After he notified his supervisor of the incident, he got back to his route.
