Syracuse, NY, Letter Carrier Christopher Dubos was delivering mail when he spotted an unresponsive man lying on the ground and called 911. With help from the operator and a bystander, Dubos performed CPR until paramedics arrived. After the man was taken to a hospital, Dubos continued on his route.
