Nashville, TN, Maintenance Mechanic Christopher Scott was recently attending training at the National Center for Employee Development in Norman, OK, when a crisis erupted.
A postal colleague choked on a piece of food during a meal.
Scott rushed to the man’s side and performed the Heimlich maneuver until the food was dislodged.
“Christopher’s alertness and swift thinking prevented a tragedy,” said Nashville Maintenance Operations Supervisor Derek Chambers.
