Bremerton, WA, Letter Carrier Debra Solan recently offered a helping hand to a customer who fell and injured her head. Solan encountered the woman on her porch while delivering mail. After calling 911, Solan stayed with the customer, comforting her and praying with her until emergency responders arrived. The woman later contacted the local Post Office to express her gratitude for Solan’s assistance.
