Garden Grove, CA, City Carrier Assistant Sarah Burnett was delivering mail recently when a woman ran out of a house crying because her husband was having a heart attack. Burnett instructed the woman to call 911. Following the 911 operator’s instruction, Burnett performed CPR on the man until emergency responders arrived. They credited Burnett with saving the man’s life.
