Havre de Grace, MD, Letter Carrier Gardner McCullough was on his route when he came upon a woman who had fallen and injured herself while walking her dog. He called 911 and stayed with her until help arrived. She was taken to a hospital and treated for a broken arm. After his shift was over, McCullough stopped by the hospital to check on the woman.
