Two employees in Grand Rapids, MI, sprang into action recently when a colleague suffered a seizure and collapsed.
Letter Carrier Evelyn Woodward provided first aid to the woman, who cut her head when she fell. But the situation quickly turned even more serious: She stopped breathing.
That’s when Letter Carrier James McKay stepped in to perform CPR.
He soon revived the woman, and he and Woodward stayed with her until emergency responders arrived.
