Hazelwood, MO, Letter Carrier James McRoberts recently noticed uncollected mail in the box of a customer who lived alone. No one answered when McRoberts knocked on the man’s front door, and neighbors said they hadn’t seen him in several days. McRoberts called 911. Emergency responders entered the house and found the man, who had died days earlier.
