Accumulating newspapers outside a customer’s home in Mount Carmel, PA, recently prompted John Kenenitz to check on the woman. The letter carrier found her screen door locked from the inside and saw her car in the driveway, so he called 911. A police officer entered the house and found that the woman had been collapsed next to her bed for five days. She is recovering.
