Mealtime mishap

Letter Carrier Terry Helsel was recently delivering mail in a Youngstown, OH, neighborhood when he exchanged pleasantries with a customer who was having lunch at home.

Suddenly, the woman started choking on a piece of food.

Helsel rushed to her aid and performed the Heimlich maneuver until the obstruction was dislodged.

The customer recovered from the incident.
