Letter Carrier Randon Huber was delivering mail on a February day in a Darlington, WI, neighborhood when he heard someone yelling for help.
Huber soon found that an older customer had fallen on ice and suffered a broken hip.
The Postal Service employee immediately called 911 and comforted the man until paramedics arrived and took him to a hospital.
The customer is recovering.
