Letter Carrier Aaron Ice was recently delivering mail in a Louisville, KY, neighborhood when he spotted a man who’d passed out in his front yard and fallen out of his wheelchair.
Ice rushed to aid the customer, who has multiple health issues and was recovering from surgery.
As the man came to, the Postal Service employee helped him get inside.
Ice stayed with the customer until he reached a family member by phone who could provide further assistance.
