West Seneca, NY, Letter Carrier Ronald Kozub discovered a man collapsed on the ground. He called 911 and stayed with him until emergency responders arrived.

Kittanning, PA, Carrier Technician Mark Jones checked on a 93-year-old customer who had not picked up her mail and newspaper from the prior day. He looked through a window and spotted the woman on the floor.

Jones called 911 and stayed on the scene until emergency responders arrived.

The customer was treated for a broken hip and dehydration.
