Letter Carrier Ronald Schumacher was recently delivering mail in Herrin, IL, when he spotted an older customer in trouble.
The woman was facedown in her yard, so Schumacher rushed to her aid.
She explained that her dog had knocked her over, leaving her stranded for a while.
Schumacher helped the customer get up and into her house.
