Shelbyville, TX, Letter Carrier Ronald Wheeler was delivering a package when he heard a woman inside the house calling for help. He opened the door and found her lying on floor where she had fallen and injured herself. Wheeler called for help and stayed with the woman until emergency responders arrived. The woman was taken to a hospital where she was treated for a broken arm.
