When Letter Carrier Russell Barrus Jr. was recently delivering mail in a Harrisburg, PA, apartment complex, he heard someone yell for CPR. He responded to the call and found a man collapsed with no pulse. Barrus and a neighbor performed CPR, revived the man and stayed with him until paramedics arrived. The man recovered.
