High Point, NC, Letter Carrier Stephen Hancock was on his route when he saw a woman fall while walking a dog. He helped the injured woman to her feet and suggested she seek medical care, but she declined. After he completed his rounds, Hancock went to the woman’s home to check on her. A neighbor told him she had followed his advice and was taken to a hospital and treated for a broken hip.
