Fortunately for Bassett, VA, Letter Carrier Thomas LeMaster, the aggressive dog he encountered in a yard recently while delivering a package was on a chain. Unfortunately for the customer, her attempt to control the dog caused her to take a bad spill. Undaunted by the dog, LeMaster helped the woman, who couldn’t get up on her own, and continued his deliveries after she declined medical assistance.
