East Setauket, NY, Letter Carrier Victor Santos was delivering mail recently when he saw a car slowly moving into oncoming traffic. The driver was slumped over the steering wheel. Santos entered the car, brought it safely to a stop and called for help. Emergency responders arrived and took the ill driver to a hospital.
