Letter Carrier Erroll Walker was recently delivering mail in a Pittsburgh neighborhood when he noticed an older customer walking unsteadily alongside a roadway.
As the woman stepped up onto a curb, she fell, striking her head and experiencing a seizure.
While another pedestrian called 911, Walker rushed to assist the customer, drawing on his military medical background to keep her safe during the seizure and render first aid until paramedics arrived.
She recovered from the incident.
