Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Janie M. Beltran was named the Manchester, NH, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as the Southern Maine Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. Michael C. Mitchell, the Eastern Maine Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named acting plant manager at the Southern Maine facility.
• Richmond, VA, Postmaster Sunil K. Chanan was named acting Memphis, TN, postmaster.
• San Francisco Postmaster Abraham P. Cooper was named California 5 District manager.
• Lawrence “Buddy” Crosby was named the Boston Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Providence, RI, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Brian C. Gaines was named the Portland, OR, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Spokane, WA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Michael J. Gordon was named government relations correspondence manager at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC. He previously served as a government relations representative.
• Stephen B. Hagenstein, logistics modeling and analytics director in Pittsburgh, was named acting surface logistics senior director.
• Norris W. Hamm was named the Orlando, FL, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Fort Myers, FL, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Kenneth E. Hanson Jr. was named plant manager at the Michigan Metroplex Processing and Distribution Center in Pontiac. He previously served as the Charleston, WV, Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager.
• Milton I. Kokubun was named the Honolulu Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the City of Industry, CA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, a role now held by Alejandra Cruz, who previously served as the Los Angeles Processing and Distribution Center’s lead senior distribution operations manager.
• Philip E. Konkel was named the Sioux Falls, SD, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as distribution operations manager.
• Frantz Lauture was named the Westchester, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Northern New Jersey Metro Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Taunya N. Lewis was named the Detroit Network Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as the South Suburban, IL, Processing and Distribution Center’s distribution operations manager.
• Vincent P. Mahoney was named plant manager at the Margaret L. Sellers Processing and Distribution Center in San Diego. He previously served as plant manager at the San Bernardino, CA, Processing and Distribution Center.
• Ronald McGaha was named the St. Louis Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Kansas City, KS, Network Distribution Center’s manager.
• Courtnay V. McKelvey was named the New Orleans Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as senior distribution operations manager.
• Rochester, NY, Postmaster Martin R. Siminski was named the Northwest Rochester, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Sheila M. Smith was named the Macon, GA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as the West Palm Beach, FL, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
