Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Steve E. Laird was named plant manager at the Northern New Jersey Metro Processing and Distribution Center in Teterboro. He previously served as the Westchester, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s in-plant support manager.
• Michael C. Mitchell was named plant manager at the Southern Maine Processing and Distribution Center in Scarborough. He previously served as plant manager at the Eastern Maine Processing and Distribution Center in Hampden.
• Terry R. Morrow was named the Jacksonville, FL, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as the Rochester Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager.
• Tara J. Murray was named the Brooklyn, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as distribution operations senior manager.
• Martha A. St. Germaine was named the Providence, RI, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. She previously served as the Brockton, MA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Portland, OR, Postmaster Reece L. Steelman was named the Tulsa, OK, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
