Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Carolina P. Catalan, commerce and business solutions integration and support manager, was named to a special assignment working on the plant modernization project. Elisa Fion, employment policy and programs manager, was named acting commerce and business solutions integration and support manager.
• Randy M. Elsen was named plant manager for the Minneapolis Processing and Distribution Center. He previously served as the St. Paul, MN, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.
• Taunya N. Lewis was named senior plant manager at the Milwaukee Processing and Distribution Center. She previously served as the Detroit Network Distribution Center’s manager.
• Jerome H. Mitchell II was named plant manager at the Charleston, WV, Processing and Distribution Center. He previously served as a distribution operations senior manager.
• Lawrence A. Montgomery Jr. was named plant manager at the Cincinnati Processing and Distribution Center. He previously served as a lead distribution operations senior manager.
