• Dinesh S. Asnani was named modernization implementation manager. He previously served as technology acquisition program manager.
• Adam D. Griswold, the Des Moines, IA, Network Distribution Center manager, was named the Omaha, NE, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager. John M. Easter, the Des Moines Network Distribution Center’s in-plant support manager, was named acting manager.
Fort Lauderdale, FL, Postmaster Michael V. Vecchitto was named Florida 3 District’s acting manager.
