Do you know which USPS executives are moving up in the organization?

Here’s a look at some recent changes in the USPS leadership ranks:

Janie M. Beltran, the Southern Maine Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named the Albany, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager. She succeeds Lawrence “Buddy” Crosby, who has resumed his regular duties as the Providence, RI, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. Martha St. Germaine, acting plant manager in Providence, has resumed her regular duties as the Brockton, MA, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager. Michael C. Mitchell, the Eastern Maine Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager, was named Southern Maine’s acting plant manager.

Virgil Cosma, Dallas District’s operations programs support manager, was named the Dallas Post Office’s acting officer in charge.

• Christopher Johnson, distribution operations lead senior manager at the Morgan Processing and Distribution Center in New York City, was named the New Jersey Distribution Center’s acting manager.

• Vancouver, WA, Postmaster Robert S. Manier was named acting Portland, OR, Postmaster.

Richard Rho, an attorney with the USPS law department, was named facilities chief counsel.

Adyani Torres, systems integration director at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC, was named insights and operational excellence executive director.

Nancy Wasko, the Springfield, MA, Network Distribution Center’s in-plant support manager, was named acting manager.
