Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:

• John P. McLucas was named continuous improvement executive manager. He previously served as Retail and Delivery Operations Command Center director, a position now held by Walter M. Daniels, who previously served as strategy and planning executive manager.
