Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service’s leadership ranks:

Judith Adams was named enterprise technology services director at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC.  She previously served as information technology managed services director.

• Taylor Agnello was named surface logistics programs manager. She previously served as New York Division’s logistics integration and support manager.

• Dan Anschutz, the Eagan, MN, Accounting Service Center manager, will retire June 18 after more than 35 years with USPS. Rachel Johnson, the Eagan Solutions Center manager, was named acting Accounting Service Center manager.

• Hadi Alsegaf was named the chief information officer organization’s technology management office director at headquarters. He previously served as the organization’s client services manager.

• Melissa Barber was named payroll executive manager in Eagan. She previously served as senior payroll accountant.

• Jeffrey Becker, international operations director at headquarters, retired May 14 after 35 years with the Postal Service. Robert J. Francis, international processing manager, is serving as international operations director on an acting basis.

• Brian “Keith” Blane was named Indianapolis Postmaster. He previously served as Chicago District’s Post Office operations manager.

• Vicki Bosch was named pricing and acceptance technology services director at headquarters. She previously served as commercial systems director.

• Lisa Resnick Brown was named field accounting executive manager in Rochester, NY. She previously served as senior field accountant.

• Hung Bui was named endpoint technology support director at headquarters. He previously served as enterprise computing support manager.

• John P. Byrne was named finance and payment technology services director at headquarters. He previously served as applications executive director.

• Jake R. Campbell was named letter and flat planning and implementation executive manager in Lakeland, FL. He previously served as workforce analytics and research manager.

• Omar Coleman was named national operations command center director at headquarters. He previously served as Capital Metro Area’s delivery programs support manager.

• Kirby Cothren, fleet management director at headquarters, retired May 31 after 33 years with USPS.

• Timothy R. Countee Jr. was named financial business solutions director at headquarters. He previously served as financial systems manager.

• Linda Crawford was named California District 4 manager. She previously served as Western Pacific Area’s delivery programs support manager.

• Cathrinamar “Cathrina” Dagdagan, Bay-Valley District’s finance manager, was named the Oakland, CA, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager.

• Jason R. DeChambeau was named strategic planning and implementation senior director at headquarters. He previously served as processing operations director.

• Han T. Dinh was named vehicle center of excellence manager in Merrifield, VA. He previously served as vehicle engineering manager.

• Ray Donahue was named labor law managing counsel at headquarters. He previously served as employment law chief counsel.

• Angela R. Dyer was named commerce and marketing technology services director. She previously served as business acceptance solutions director.

• Heather L. Dyer was named retail operations director at headquarters. She previously served as identity and access management director, a role now held by Lynne Mitchell, who previously served as cybersecurity operations director.

• Roderick D. Eves was named Merit Systems Protection Board unit lead in St. Louis. He previously served as deputy managing counsel.

• Eric Faber was named Atlantic Area’s finance and budget executive manager. He previously served as Eastern Area’s controller.

• Ric Gaudet was named New England Division’s logistics operations director. He previously served as Northeast Area’s network operations manager.

• Carmen C. Gil was named endpoint technology innovation director at headquarters. She previously served as technical integration programs manager.

• Donna D. Gill was named safety and health field operations executive manager in North Reading, MA. She previously served as Northeast Area’s safety manager.

• William P. Gilbert was named maintenance implementation west executive manager in Denver. He previously served as Western Area’s maintenance operations manager.

• Justin Glass was named fleet management director at headquarters. He previously served as operations industrial engineering executive manager.

• Shelaine Grese was named surface transportation center manager at headquarters. She previously served as Indianapolis Surface Transportation Center manager.

• Frederick L. Jackson III was named asset maintenance planning, performance and support executive manager in Norman, OK. He previously served as Oklahoma City Maintenance Technical Support Center manager.

• Leonetta J. Jackson was named human resources technology services director in San Mateo, CA. She previously served as the San Mateo Information Technology Solutions Center’s manager.

• Lisa M. Jackson was named Western Processing and Logistics Region’s finance and budget executive manager. She previously served as Pacific Area controller.

• Christina A. Johnson was named safety and health programs and policy executive manager at headquarters. She previously served as safety awareness program manager.

• Leslie E. Johnson-Frick was named Post Office operations director at headquarters. She previously served as Mid-Carolinas district manager.

• William A. Jones IV was named cybersecurity engineering director at headquarters. He previously served as cybersecurity risk director.

• Cindy Kaspriskie was named the chief information officer organization’s client services director in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She previously served as the Wilkes-Barre Solution Center senior manager.
