Here’s a look at Postal Service employees who received appointments or recognition recently:
• Maged S. Aziz, field operations support director, was named Georgia District’s acting manager. Connecticut District Manager Carissa A. Laino was named acting field operations support director, while Boston Postmaster David C. Guiney was named Connecticut District’s acting manager. Joshua S. Balcunas, Massachusetts-Rhode Island District’s Post Office operations manager, was named the Boston Post Office’s officer in charge.
• John Colao, the Chicago Processing and Distribution Center senior plant manager, retired Dec. 30 after more than 37 years with USPS. Kenyata B. Moore, the Palatine, IL, Processing and Distribution Center plant manager, was named the Chicago facility’s acting plant manager, while Raynald L. Grady, the in-plant support manager at the South Suburban Processing and Distribution Center in Bedford Park, IL, was named the Palatine facility’s acting plant manager.
• Gary, IN, Postmaster Shoca Moore was named the Louisville, KY, Post Office’s officer in charge.
