Do you know which USPS executives are moving up in the organization?

Here’s a look at Postal Service employees who received appointments or recognition recently:

Donald L. Mackey was named facilities leasing director. He previously served as East facilities repair and alterations director, a role now held by Terry M. Schram, who previously served as West facilities repair and alterations director. Kevin M. Gaughan, new space management manager, was named West facilities repair and alterations director.

Erika V. Ramirez, Atlantic Region’s logistics senior director, was named the Postal Service’s representative in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan Fellows Program, beginning in June. The 12-month program aims to prepare executives with the skills needed to innovate and lead effective organizations. Upon completion of the program, Ramirez will receive a master’s degree in business administration. She joined USPS in 2011 and has held several managerial roles, including processing and maintenance operations integration and support director and Western Region logistics director.

J. Otis Smith, strategic management executive manager, was named acting strategic planning senior director. Dale D. Parsan, strategic business planning manager, was named acting strategic management executive manager.
