Here’s a look at some recent changes in the USPS leadership ranks:

Jim Friedman, the Northeast Area Law Office’s managing counsel, announced he’ll retire Feb. 1 after 40 years with the Postal Service.

Shawn M. Patton, the Manchester, NH, Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager, retired Dec. 31 after 33 years with USPS, while JennieAnn E. Hanoln, in-plant support manager, was named acting plant manager.

Ricardo “Ric” Quental Jr., the Westchester, NY, Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager, retired Dec. 31 after a 27-year postal career.
