Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:
• Fiona E. Chicosky was named facilities planning director. She previously served as facilities requirements manager.
• Yulonda Francis-Love was named Louisiana District manager. She previously served as the Arlington, TX, postmaster.
• Kathy J. Hand, the Omaha, NE, Processing and Distribution Center plant manager, was named acting Midwest Division director.
• Stephen W. Wright, automation equipment manager, was named to a special assignment working on the plant modernization project. Anita S. Chauhan, technology acquisition program manager, was named acting automation equipment manager.
