Do you know which USPS executives are moving up in the organization?

Here’s a look at some recent changes in the USPS leadership ranks:

Robin Lanier, social customer response team leader at Postal Service headquarters in Washington, DC, retired Dec. 31 after 34 years with the organization.

Richard Sowdon, business evaluation manager at USPS headquarters, was named acting capital investments and business analysis director.

Sal Vacca resumed his duties as Atlantic Area’s retail and delivery operations vice president after taking extended leave in the fall. Elvin Mercado, who served in Vacca’s role on an acting basis, was named to a special assignment in Retail and Delivery Operations.
