Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service’s leadership ranks:

Mary P. Anderson, small-business engagement director at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC, was named international postal affairs executive director.

• Connecticut District Manager Kevin D. Clark retired June 30 after more than 40 years of federal service. Boston Postmaster Carissa A. Laino was named acting district manager.

Kriti B. Vichare was named customer insights and marketing strategy director at headquarters. She previously served as innovation director.
