Do you know which USPS executives are moving up in the organization?

Here’s a look at some recent changes in the Postal Service leadership ranks:

Brian T. Bull was named the Cincinnati Network Distribution Center’s plant manager. He previously served as in-plant support manager.

Kaitlyn R. Chounet was named employment law chief counsel at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC. She previously served in the role on an acting basis.

Myles D. Donoghue, the Boston Processing and Distribution Center’s senior distribution operations manager, was named the Springfield, MA, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting plant manager.

Jan R. Dorsey, a retail support specialist in Denver, was named acting business customer support and service manager.

Juan W. Gonzalez was named Gulf Atlantic Division’s logistics operations director. He previously served as the Royal Palm, FL, Processing and Distribution Center’s senior plant manager.

Patrick K. Ibbetson was named Lakeshores Division’s logistics operations director. He previously served as Western Region’s integration support manager.

Dallas G. Kingsbury was named the Postal Service’s National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) chief counsel at headquarters. He previously served as an attorney in the NLRB unit.

Marvin B. Rainwater was named Westshores Division’s logistics operations director. He previously served as the St. Paul, MN, Processing and Distribution Center’s plant manager.

• Wisconsin District Manager Sam S. Reed was named Florida 3 District’s acting manager.

• Portland, OR, Postmaster Reece L. Steelman was named the Tulsa, OK, Processing and Distribution Center’s acting manager.

Michael V. Vecchitto was named Fort Lauderdale, FL, postmaster. He previously served as Pompano Beach, FL, postmaster.
