• Gabriel H. Magdaleno, WestPac Area’s operations integration manager, was named the acting Portland, OR, postmaster.

• Richard H. McGurk, commerce services manager, was named acting commerce and marketing technology services director.

• Kevin V. Romero, Nevada-Utah District manager, was named acting enterprise reporting and workhours executive manager.
