When a labor union found itself up against a tight deadline to mail election ballots, Washington, DC, Retail Associate Carla Miller sprang into action.

Miller worked with representatives from National United Security and Police Officers of America to ensure their mailing went out on time.

“In the end, all ballots were delivered,” said Assane Faye, the union’s executive director. “We are very happy and will forever owe her a debt of gratitude. Carla Miller’s professional leadership and performance were exceptional.”

Customer Services Supervisor Cheryl Palmer praised Miller for helping USPS better serve the public, one of the organization’s top priorities. “This is what delivering the brand is all about,” she said.

Miller is pleased she was able to assist the union. “I always treat customers the way I want to be treated,” she said.
