Annual benefits enrollment period begins Nov. 9

Employees can choose from a variety of health coverage during open season, which begins Nov. 9.

Open season, the annual period when Postal Service employees can change their health benefits or enroll in a new plan, begins Nov. 9.

A variety health, vision and dental coverage is available.

Options include the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB), USPS Health Benefits Plan and Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP), as well as flexible spending accounts (FSAs).

This year, employees also can choose the new Self Plus One option, which offers coverage for you and one eligible family member that you designate, such as a spouse or son or daughter age 25 and younger.
